Step 7 / 7: You will receive a quotation for collection, delivery and storage of your lots

Thank you for your request, you will receive your quotation in your email.

If your goods are at 2 different locations or have different auction numbers, you must request a separate quote.

  • We request that you clearly state the order number in another way when confirming the quotation.
  • We draw your attention to the fact that additional costs can be charged at the time you agree on the collection day.
  • After receiving your agreement, we will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as possible.
  • If there are any questions or ambiguities, we ask you to ask them by email as much as possible.

Good to know:

  • Van de Scheur Logistics b.o.d.n. Online delivery service takes no responsibility for damage to goods that have a used status. Your goods are therefore not insured by the Online Delivery Service. In the event of any transport damage, compensation can be made of a maximum of €3.40 per kilogram for transport within the Netherlands or €8.33 SDR per gross kilogram for transport to countries other than the Netherlands. If your goods are worth more than this compensation, you must take out transport insurance yourself.
  • Goods that are longer than 230 cm, heavier than 500 kg and/or cannot be moved, will be to be unloaded by a forklift or similar. If we have to take a forklift truck with us, you must state this when giving your approval. (obs@vdslogistiek.nl, stating the order number)
  • We do not deliver to the Wadden Islands unless stated otherwise in the comments.
  • The (dis)assembly is not included in the price unless stated otherwise in the comments.

Agree:

In order to include your lots in the planning, we would like to hear in good time, at least 1 day before the collection date, whether you agree with our proposal.

Our method:

As soon as we have collected the items and we have received your payment, we will release your order for transport. (As long as we have not received your payment, we will not release your goods for transport.)

If we drive out your order ourselves, you will receive an email from us with a few delivery dates. You can then specify your preference yourself. A day before delivery you will receive a second email from us containing the time window in which we expect to deliver to you.

If you want to store your goods with us for longer, we will charge € 3.00 per week per pallet location.

When we send your order via the parcel service, you will receive an email from us containing the T&T code. This email will be sent after we have packed your order. Your order will be transferred to the parcel service that day

Because in some cases we deviate from the standard collection day, you may receive an email from the auction house that your goods have not been collected. This email will be sent automatically when this day has passed.

Without this document we are not allowed to take the goods with us during the collection day.
