VDSL processes your personal data because you are using our services and/or because you personally submit this data to us.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not have the intention to gather data of website visitors under 16 years of age. Unless they were granted permission by a parent or legal guardian.
However, we are not able to check if a visitor is under or above 16 years of age. Therefore we recommend that parents are involved in their children’s online activities, in order to prevent their personal data from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have gathered personal data of a minor without parental consent, please contact us at info@vdslogistiek.nl and we will delete this information.
With which goal and at which basis we process personal data
VDSL processes your personal data with the following purposes:

Seeing into, editing or deleting data
You have the right to see into, correct or delete your personal data. Additionally you have the right to revoke previously granted permission for the processing of data, or to object against the processing of your personal data by VDSL. You also have the right to transferring of your data. That means you can send us a request to submit whichever of your personal data we possess to you or another organization of your choice in a computer file.
A request to see into, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, a request to withdraw your permission or an objection against the processing of your personal data can be sent to info@vdslogistiek.nl
To be certain that a request to see into data is made by you, we ask you to submit a copy of your identification along with your request. In this copy, black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the series of numbers at the bottom of the passport or ID card), document number and citizen service number (burgerservicenummer – BSN) in order to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible but within four weeks.

How we secure personal data
